FIA have confirmed & will introduce a new Formula 3 single make series for 2019, the WMSC voted & made the decision to replace the current FIA F3 European Series, nothing is yet confirmed but the new series will replace GP3, & run with F1 calendar, the grid will be limited to 24 cars which have 8 teams of 3 cars. Teams showing interest for 2019 are ART Grand Prix, Campos Racing, Carlin, Charoux Racing, MP Motorsport, Prema Racing & Trident.
Lewis Hamilton wins his 5th world title in Mexico and moves closer to Micheal Scumacher on 7 F1 championships, the brit secured 4th place at the Mexico GP to secure his place in the records books, he now moves level with the legend Argentine racer Juan Manual Fangio and is now the most successful British F1 driver winning in 2008, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 with 71 wins and 132 podiums and at the age of 33 he is still on course to match the great Michael Schumacher, Lewis said

Toyota are in talks with Fernando Alonso to retain him for the 2019/2020 super seasons, Alonso is under contract until 2019 with Toyota but as yet as not made a decision about whether to carry on racing in WEC or try a full season in the IndyCar plus their is rumours of him moving to Formula E, Alonso won Le Mans with Toyota this year, no announcement will be made until around spring 2019 but both parties are hopeful to extend the arrangement, Rob Leupen said "We are talking, but someone like him has so many opportunities, so we have to just wait and see.
